Terms and Conditions for use of the Clubhouse Parlour

Please ensure you are fully aware of the following requirements when booking the Clubhouse Parlour for a private function.

Bring your own tablecloths, tea towels, etc.

The room must be left in a clean state, floors swept, surfaces wiped down, etc.

If you use the oven and hob they must be fully cleaned as well.

Take home all food items that you brought into the Clubhouse.

Dispose of all rubbish, including any bottles and cans you brought with you - please DO NOT leave it in the Clubhouse.

Recycle as much waste as possible.

Close all windows and doors before you leave.

If you have turned up the heating ensure it is returned to 18 degrees

Ensure you leave the Clubhouse by midnight at the latest.

PLEASE respect our neighbours and leave quietly.

Turn off all lights.

Ensure the front door is fully locked when you leave.

The Club has signed the Plastic Free Pledge and are working together with local organisations to free our community from single use plastic.

When using our premises and facilities we therefore request that you:-

i) reduce, or if possible eliminate, single-use plastic

ii) re-use items where possible

iii) re-cycle waste especially any plastic

Please note that if the room and any areas within the room have not been left in a clean and tidy state you may be liable to pay a cleaning fee.

If any aspects of using the parlour have not been followed, you are unlikely to be allowed future bookings.
